Patient Portal

Our secured, HIPAA-compliant Patient Portal allows you to access your child’s key health information recorded during your visits, growth charts, immunization history, prescriptions, diagnostic test results and more. Guardians can update demographic and contact information, view upcoming appointment time and date, and request prescription refills or school entry forms. Please feel free to register as a new patient and a member of our staff will contact you.
